In the time of the pandemic, the necessity of a good immunity system is more apparent. During Covid-19 we have seen how people with good immunity are less affected by it and they were less likely to develop serious symptoms. Looking at the development graph of Omicron we can say a vaccine is not a 100% sure way to eliminate this pandemic. We need a good immunity system. But, how can we boost our immunity system? Zinc is the most important for your immunity system. If you lack zinc, you will be affected by several diseases. There is a study conducted that shows who take zinc supplements are less likely to be affected by many diseases. It even works with Covid-19. The problem is Zinc is not present in every food and we need to plan our diet carefully to get the necessary Zinc for our body. Protein is the main source of Zinc, if you don’t have meat or fish, you have to be careful. You can get Zinc from whole grain, different nuts, and dairy too. But, meat and fish are the best for your daily Zinc need. 

Vitamin C: 

Vitamin C saves us from many diseases. Different skin diseases can be prevented if you get the necessary vitamin C. vitamin C is most necessary to protect us from any cold-related diseases. This is one of the prime reasons we are lacking vitamin D. We need to get our fair share of sunlight every day. Get Regular Exercise

If you need a good immunity system, you need to exercise regularly. In the older times people needed to do manual work as such there was no need for additional exercise. The modern lifestyle gives us the privilege of laziness but it also brings us the curse of laziness. You should do some cardiac exercise regularly. You can also go to the gym regularly, it will not only keep you healthy but also in good shape. 

Get Necessary Sleep

We need to go to bed early and rise from bed early in the morning. This is the best lifestyle. Internet and social media have destroyed this habit. As a result, we are harming our immunity system. We need at least 7-8 hours of sleep every day. Good sleep will recharge our body and we can do more work the next day. 

Drink Necessary Amount of Water

Our body is mostly made of water. As a result, we need regular water intake to keep healthy and boost our immunity system. We should also eat foods that solve our lack of water. But please don’t drink too much water. Drinking too much water can damage your kidney.
